Reading logs: if you put your reading log into the late work basket and you didn’t get it back, you should use a regular piece of notebook paper, write in the title, author, number of pages read, the start and finish dates and then get a parent signature. This will count as full points toward [...]

The writing assignment “Humpty Dumpty News Story” is a creative writing piece called a narrative (also known as a short story). In it, students are to use their imagination and creativity to explain to readers (as if they were a reporter) exactly what happened that fateful day Humpty fell from grace (so to speak).
